Hey there my name is Rachel Leonhardt, otherwise known as Rach or Lil Rach.

I grew up living in the Entertainment Industry & it has never left my side. Now over 30yrs later, I still find myself here working along side & learning from some amazing strong industry leaders & loving every single moment!.

Working as a Stage Manager & also running 3 successful event businesses. I decided to take the big step out of the wings onto the stage & create a space where other like minded events people can come together, support & learn from each other, especially while we tackle the current changes happening to our industry.
